Responsibilities:

• Design electrical diagrams for low-voltage distribution systems (<600V)
• Design industrial control circuits and interfaces with programmable logic controllers

• Develop, test, and optimize programmable logic controller (PLC) programs

As a Development, Innovation and Support Engineer – Robotic Welding, you will play a central role in the development of our fully automated welding robots, while providing high-quality technical support and proactive customer relations. You will be the technical link between our internal teams and our customers, contributing to Rotoweld’s success with the customer.

The successful candidate will be a crucial member of the engineering group, which encompasses the disciplines of mechanics, electronics, physics, and software. The candidate will work closely with members of the Rotoweld’s multidisciplinary team (service, sales, manufacturing, and assembly) to fully understand the market needs and design improvements required to ensure that the Rotoweld remains the benchmark welding robot for the piping industry.

The main product, Prodatalog, is a tool for visualizing, interpreting, and analyzing welding data generated by the machines. This tool helps our customers monitor their production and diagnose issues. You will be the primary technical lead for the web product, overseeing its architecture, design, evolution, and deployment. You are self-reliant, meticulous, and committed to the quality of your work.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the warehouse clerk plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of operations by effectively managing inventory and the flow of merchandise. He or she oversees the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, while ensuring inventory accuracy and the availability of parts needed for operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive and inspect merchandise upon arrival

The Rotoweld service technician serves as a field expert for our customers. He or she is responsible for the installation, commissioning, technical support, and user training for Rotoweld orbital welding systems. This role is essential to ensuring optimal equipment performance, customer satisfaction, and operational autonomy.

Responsibilities:

• Install and commission Rotoweld systems at customer sites (mechanical, electrical, and functional).
• Verify installation compliance, perform operational tests, and configure welding parameters according to specific applications.
• Train operators and supervisors in the safe and efficient use of equipment, tailoring the approach to the users’ technical proficiency.
• Provide comprehensive technical support: diagnostics, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and process issues, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Advise customers on consumables, best practices, and the optimization of production parameters.
• Write clear and structured service reports and collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, support).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment and processes by sharing customer feedback.
